• Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Customers are allowed to inspect the order before accepting delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging.
• Customized, altered, or specially made products cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery cannot be exchanged or returned.
• For hygiene reasons, certain accessories and earrings may not be exchanged or returned after the packaging has been opened, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
• In the event of a manufacturing defect or if the customer receives an incorrect product, Safy Style will cover the shipping costs.
• For all other exchanges or returns, the customer will be responsible for any applicable shipping fees.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Whenever possible, the refund will be issued using the original payment method and within the applicable processing period.
